Un camp de migrants s'est constitue dans une ancienne base militaire (caserne Massena) dans laquelle environ 150 refugies d'Afrique subsaharienne vivent depuis environ un an. Ce squat est sur le point d'etre evacue dans quelques jours par les autorites. Illustration des conditions de vie difficiles auxquelles ils sont confrontes. Des refugies se lavent les pieds par l'unique acces a l'eau du camp, detourne depuis la rue, accessible depuis l'ancienne entree qui est condamnee.
