Fidèle à la philosphie d'Emmaüs, Luc insiste sur le fait que la mission première du Relais est d'offrir des emplois et de meilleurs prespectives d'avenir à la population locale. 21/06/2012 - Fianarantsoa, Madagascar - Luc is the manager of the "Relais de Madagascar" since 2008. The « Relais de Madagascar », a branch of Emmaüs (a French charity), has been employing the local population since 2008, qualified or not to sort out clothes coming all the way from Europe (Taratra workshop). Since then, the « Relais de Madagascar » has created other workshops, especially the Soatao workshop where Karenjy cars are built.
