La plateforme de contact tracing (PFCT) mise en place par la CPAM 31 (la Caisse primaire d'assurance maladie de Haute-Garonne). Composee de plus de 100 volontaires issus de toutes les directions de la CPAM, elle a pour objet d'assurer les appels en direction des assures identifies par les medecins ou les laboratoires comme atteints par le coronavirus Covid-19, d'enqueter sur les contacts prolonges que ces malades auraient pu avoir afin de prevenir ces personnes, de leur demander de se faire tester et de se confiner pour briser les chaines de contamination de la maladie. The contact tracing platform of the Haute-Garonne district of the french National Health Insurance (CPAM) in Toulouse (south-west of France). The goal of this platform is to break the chain of contagion of the coronavirus Covid-19. More than a hundred people work on a call center to find and inform people who have been in contact with infected patients. They use a data base called Contact Covid.
