Having arrived in Mayotte legally at the age of one, this young man completed all his schooling on the French island. Now 19, his regularization application has been rejected. Undocumented, he cannot take his exams and risks being deported at any time, even though he has only been to Anjouan once during the holidays. Many Comorian undocumented immigrants live here.
