Le fleuve TSIRIBIHANA (en francais "où l'on ne plonge pas") est un fleuve dans l'Ouest de Madagascar qui se jette dans le Canal du Mozambique. Le fleuve est aisement navigable pendant la saison seche (de mai/juin a octobre/novembre). Une partie du fleuve est toutefois infestee de crocodiles, d'où sont nom. 02/09/2011 - Tsiribihana, Madagascar - Descent of the TSIRIBIHANA river with the barge "Bemiray" and bivouac ashore for four days and three nights. The TSIRIBIHANA river (in French "where you do not dive") is a river in western Madagascar, which flows into the Mozambique Channel. The river is easily navigable during the dry season ( from May/June to October/November). However a portion of the river is infested with crocodiles, hence its name.
